"Passion, Pride and Prejudice: Representations of Sexual Minorities in American and British Cinema and Television in the 1990s and Early 2000s"

CV, December 2005

I submitted my dissertation to Tel Aviv University's Senate (via the Shirely and Leslie Porter School of Cultural Studies) on August 2005. The Dan David Prize 2003 provided me the means to accomplish my research, and to publish more than fifteen academic articles and encylopedic entries in the past six years. I also presented about 40 academic papers at international and national conferences, colloquiums and symposiums in the past nine years. I am grateful for Mr. Dan David's kindness and generousity.

In the future, I hope to publish more academic papers (and books) in the fields of popular communications, film & television studies, and gender & sexuality studies, and to promote tolerance, pluralism, peace and social justice.
