Thanks to the Dan David Prize, I have made significant progress in my Ph.D. research on lithic miniaturization during the late Pleistocene in southern Africa. I am now in the final stages on completing my Ph.D. write-up at Stony Brook University. I expect to defend this dissertation in the middle of 2017.
